Today, as part of the project TKAEDiTE, funded by EU in University of Prishtina, KCDE continued with the 7th training session with a group of dedicated teachers in Prizren.
Today’s training session focused on enhancing educators’ skills in utilizing Moodle’s advanced features was successfully conducted. The training aimed to empower participants to create effective learning materials and assessment tools for their courses.
Key topics covered included:
- Understanding the Main Features of Quiz Creation: Participants explored the essential aspects of designing engaging and interactive quizzes.
- Creating Tasks in Moodle: Attendees learned how to structure and assign tasks seamlessly within the platform.
- Developing Multiple-Choice Tests: The training emphasized the effective use of multiple-choice formats to assess knowledge.
- Implementing a Range of Assessment Methods: Facilitators guided participants through creating diverse assessment tools, including quizzes and rubrics, to cater to varied learning needs.
- Using Different Question Formats: The session delved into crafting both open-ended and closed questions to encourage critical thinking and knowledge retention.
- Creating Pages in Moodle: Educators gained insights into designing informative and visually appealing course pages.
- Developing Presentations: Techniques for creating impactful and interactive presentations were demonstrated to enhance lesson delivery.
The training was interactive, with hands-on activities and live demonstrations that allowed attendees to apply their newfound knowledge in real-time. Participants praised the session for its clarity and practical relevance, expressing confidence in incorporating these tools into their teaching strategies.
