From October 14 to 17, 2024, partners of the TKAEDiTE project from Kosovo and Albania are visiting Linnaeus University in Växjö and Kalmar, Sweden, for an engaging series of activities centered on education and technology.

The event will include updates on project activities and a visit to AV Media, an education technology company. The second day will feature insightful presentations, including Professor Ali Hamidi’s discussion on computational thinking in Swedish schools and Marcelo Milrad’s insights on design thinking. Afterward, Professor Fisnik Dalipi will elaborate on the project’s sustainability plan, leading to a visit to Lillestadskola to showcase local educational initiatives.

The following days will continue to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Professor Mexhid Ferati will present on STEM education, and Professor Johanna Velander will discuss AI in schools. The agenda will culminate in a project management meeting, emphasizing the importance of strategic planning.

On the final day in Kalmar, Professor Lars Magnusson will address information security and educational data, followed by Professor Brian Kottonya’s tour of learning and lecture recording studios. The week will conclude with a visit to Falkenbergskola, creating a comprehensive experience to enhance the partners’ understanding of innovative educational practices.
