The deliverable report forms the basis of this document. Additionally, the digital technologies in Norwegian schools provide guidelines on what resources can be replicated in Baltic schools to maximize the use of OLRs. This document serves as a basis for implementing some (one or more) courses taught in schools in Kosovo and Albania into OLR.
