The Management Board of the TKAEDiTE project held its 3rd meeting today
The topics of the meeting included:
- the current year’s activities and deliverables.
- the budget issues,
- lump sum,
- finalizing the infrastructure,
- the upcoming activities.
Discussions were mainly focused on the proper implementation of tasks within the foreseen activities of the project and the possibility of extending the deadline for the completion of specific activities (like the procurement process for the purchase of equipment).
